授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	本科目では、学生は国際人権法の英語テキストを講読する。これにより、国際人権法の基礎知識を、英語を介して理解するとともに、英文の読解力を高めることも期待できる。
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	本科目は講義形式で行われる。具体的な進め方としては、受講者がテキストの翻訳を分担し、講義時にはその翻訳文について検討するというかたちをとる。
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	事前学習は、次回の講読範囲につき翻訳文を作成するとともに、テキストの更なる内容理解のための補充研究を行う。事後学習は、前回講読時に指摘された問題点を踏まえ、翻訳文を修正する（修正後のものを次回講読時に提出する）。
