授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	□Content In this course, students will examine and discuss more advanced topics using various sources using various types of publications.. □Reading & Discussion Read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities Express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Writing & Presentations Write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation 700-1,000 words + bibliography Make a visually aided presentation of the paper Class is taught and participated in English
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	Because the main approach will be interactive with emphasis on group and pair work, students will need to have a positive attitude toward communicating in English with their fellow students.
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	Read textbook units or other assigned readings and complete all assignments before beginning of the following class. Students are also expected to work on the research paper throughout the term.
