授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	□Content In this course, students will examine and discuss contemporary topics using various sources such as journal articles and internet. □Reading & Discussion Read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities Express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Writing & Presentations Write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation 600-900 words + bibliography Make a visually aided presentation of the paper Class is taught and participated in English

事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	Read textbook units or other assigned readings and complete all assignments before beginning of the following class. Students are also expected to work on the research paper throughout the term.
