□Content This course will consider the importance of expertise through a close reading of Tom Nichols’s The Death of Expertise. Subjects of discussion will incorporate how these issues relate to current and recent global and local issues. □Reading & Discussion ?read and evaluate texts in social sciences and humanities ?express one’s opinions about the course topic in a discussion constructively □Writing & Presentations ?write a research paper on the course topic with appropriate citation (600-900 words + bibliography) ?make a visually aided presentation of the paper Class is taught and participated in English.  |
