授業の目的?内容 /Course Objectives |

Students continue to practice writing unified, coherent paragraphs, which are the basic units of composition common to academic, business, professional, and general-purpose writing in English. Developing fluency and well-structured paragraphs is the main focus of this course. However, students should also practice writing for sentence/grammar accuracy, at the same time. Overall Objectives 1. To teach the various patterns of paragraph /short essay organization; 2. To help students learn how others organize ideas, through peer review; 3. To help students write clear, focused, and well organized paragraphs/essays; 4. To help students analyze their problems and revise their own writing; and 5. To help students become familiar with computer literacy and grammar-correction software. |
