授業の目的?内容 ／Course Objectives	ゲーリー?スナイダー(Gary Snyder b. 1930)の詩集『雨ざらし』Left Out in the Rain (2005) は、現在わたしたちが直面している環境問題を含めた地球という生命体「ガイア」についての作品が収められています。スナイダーは、日本での禅の修行、エコロジー、神話、自分が暮らす場所、そしてウィルダネスへの旅をとおして得てきた経験と知識をこのテキストに織り込みました。このクラスの目的は、スナイダーの詩をとおして、ガイアで暮らすためのこれからのライフスタイルを考えることです。
授業の形式?方法と履修上の注意 ／Teaching method and Attention the course	授業は、水曜日の2限にZOOMを使って行います。学生によるプリゼン形式で行いますので、最初の授業に必ず出席してください。
事前?事後学修の内容 ／Before After Study	次回取りあげる作品を読み、各自疑問点をまとめる。 プリゼンターは、発表資料を3日前までにメーリングリストで知らせる。
